Designer♥: Garth Cook
Cook graduated from the WA School of Art & Design in 2006, Cook then moved to London where he resided for 3 consecutive years. There he worked with designers such as Marios Schwab and Husam el Odeh and assisted at London Fashion Week, all whilst furthering his studies at the London College of Fashion.
Cook's latest Winter collection for 2010 was showcased at May's Rosemount Fashion Week and RAWF. Luckily for us Perthians Cook's collection will be available in store at Zara Bryson ( Shop 2, 502 Hay Street in Subiaco )from August.
If you simply can't wait that long, you can take a sneak peak from now until July 28th as Cook's collection is currently Zara Bryson's window display.
Below is a couple of snaps from his new collection, which evoke dark romanticism with smouldering, sheer ,slinky, sexy undertones.
All garments are very tailored and hand-made , using a combination of light beautiful fabrics that leave the wearer feeling nude without being naked.

A young very talented Perth Photographer, Ben Riches has a successful photography business Ben Riches.com , who shoots high end fashion shoots to landscapes. He runs the FB page Perth Street Fashion that is a look in to the local fashion trends, fresh from the pavements of Perth.
