Unwrapping local talent

So much more than catwalks and canapes…

The final list of participating designers for Unwrapped: The Urban Orchard has just been announced.

Exciting young West Australian labels, A=mc2, David &/or Billy, foal, my girl gwendoline, petrafanella and pinchandspoon plus many more will be showcasing their spring/summer collections in a unique one‐day event at Perth Cultural Centre's newest space on Sunday 12 September.

Now in its fourth successful year, Perth’s favourite designer market, in partnership with Perth Fashion Festival, the City of Perth and East Perth Redevelopment Authority, will stage an outdoor retail event not to be missed.

As well as meeting these talented designers in person, style savvy shoppers will find a huge variety of products in over 50 stylish stalls including women's & men's fashion, jewellery, photography, illustration, accessories, kidswear,homewares and much more.

More than 300 of WA’s brightest design stars have launched new products at Unwrapped with brands that include Katya, Jack Be Nimble, Of Cabbages & Kings, Little Gracie, Zanthus, Nashi & The Magpie and Prufrock.

Designers will also be previewing a selection of pieces online at the Unwrapped Eboutique in the week prior to the event. The full list of designers are:

In a wonderful new collaboration, five Unwrapped designer collections were presented to the Billie & Rose buying team in an exclusive showcase. David &/or Billy were selected for spring/summer with their beautifully casual, androgynous collection to be stocked in Billie & Rose stores from 1 October.

A big CONGRATULATIONS to Jeromy Lim and David Weir the designers behind this new and exciting innovative label.
