So as many of you know the much anticipated E L L E R Y RTW SS 11 l collection was launched at a VIP-Invite only parade held at One40 William street on Tuesday night.
Prior to the show I was lucky enough to attend the One4o William Pop up and score myself a little piece of E L L E R Y to take home with me, a limited edition dress that melted my heart and my pockets.
Whilst there I was lucky enough to scope out the venue and take a sneak peek at the set-up and layout for the evening.

The parade took place on the second floor of the relatively new One40 William Street building in a pre-fit out space that resembled an raw urban inner-city warehouse.
Guests were treated to sumptuous hor'derves, cocktails, wine and champagne, while the styling team and designer (Kym Ellery) primped and preened the models backstage until they looked flawless.
The atmosphere was pure excitement and anticipation as fashionistas, bloggers, stylists, designers, local perthonalities, magazine Ed's from around the country and yes the much talked about socialite Lara Bingle mingled and gushed over each other’s fabulous array of glamarous attires.
As the lights dimmed guests made their way to the allocated seating and the show commenced with up-beat indie tunes pumping, with the bronzed surfer-like models gracing the runway in true E L L E R Y designs; bellbottom trousers, sheer maxi skirts, accentuated shoulders, and sculptural jackets featured in copper, tan, gold, white, rose, and black.
Not to mention the exquisite accessories; the
E L L E R Y et Graz catseye sunglasses and the
Guillotine low-cut ankle boot with lucite heel in black proved E L L E R Y not only designs clothes to die for, she also designs out of this world accessories.
Following the show, guests were invited to join Ellery, Bingle and festival VIPs for an after-party at Wolfe Lane bar were Oyster magazine's Ariane Halls took to the decks entertaining the select VIP.
