Haute on High Boutique is Perth’s newest fashion destination stocking a selection of haute couture and ready to wear pieces.
Located in the beautiful heritage listed West End of Fremantle, WA, It is the long anticipated flagship store for Perth Sensation Elsa Couture, amongst a selection of additional local and imported labels for fashion, accessories, gift lines and home wares.

Previously only creating commissioned pieces for private clientele Elsa is now delighted at the public’s response to her work. “It is exciting to have a full collection of my designs displayed and available to the public for the first time.” says Elsa “It opens whole new creative window and the feedback has been truly inspiring, it has been a long time coming.”
“People have been stating for years that her pieces should be on runways and displayed in high end boutiques” says her daughter, Bernice, of Bernice Sara Swim & Resort who showcased in this years Perth Fashion Festival, and is also stocked in the boutique.
