The Cosmopolitan Fun, Fearless, Female awards were held at a breathe taking ceremony at an exclusive dinner at the Sydney Opera house's Guillaume at Bennelong restaurant, last Wednesday night.
The awards now in the fourth year, featured 11 categories including; T.V, radio, fashion,music, sport, community and business.
For each category an individual winner was chosen by the 237,000 Cosmopolitan readers who launched their votes online.
I am so proud to announce that our very own Jacqui Brown the genius behind FashionWA.com was crowned Cosmopolitans Fun, Fearless Entrepreneurial Female for 2010!
This is definitely well deserved recognition for Ms. Brown, who dedicates her life to supporting and promoting local designers and their labels through the FashionWA website and numerous events.
Ms. Brown was quoted yesterday as saying that she was suprised, yet grateful for the recognition.
"It's really easy when you have some good talent around you and that's what it comes down to, it comes down to the WA labels."
